Glitzkoin Russian Plans Headed By Mikhail And Olga

Glitzkoin maintains a team in Russia, and the two key individuals in that team are Mikhail Koslov and Olga Rosina. Being exceptionally talented and having decades of experience, both Mikhail and Olga generally operate independently. Having said that, the management level team at Glitzkoin constantly interacts – sharing ideas and evaluating potential sources for expansion. We briefly cover the background, roles and invaluable contribution made by Mikhail and Olga in this report.

Mikhail Koslov: We could end up writing an entire book if, we started to list the areas of expertise and achievements of Mikhail. A strong business strategist, Mikhail has been involved in a number of successful business ventures in Russia. Familiar with the economic and political landscape in the country, Mikhail puts Glitzkoin at a distinct advantage over other projects. While spreading the word about the project and the GTN token, among well known Russian financial investors, he also keeps a keen watch on government policies that could relate to cryptocurrency. With Glitzkoin focusing on increasing the usage of GTN as a payment token, Mikhail has undertaken detailed discussions and negotiations with several local businesses. Glitzkoin CEO Navneet Goenka, has clearly mentioned that the implementation of the MyTicket-Glitzkoin partnership, is just the beginning. The mission is to have businesses across the globe and in various industries, accept the GTN token as a mode of payment.

Olga Rosina: The DiaEx diamond trading platform that, designates the GTN as a mode of payment, keeps Olga fully occupied. Working on the platform ever since its inception and guiding the development team, Olga is also responsible to ensure that the platform is accepted by diamond traders. The first pilot test run that was successfully completed just before the pandemic set in, had major contributions from Olga. She continues to provide feedback to the development team, this as the platform moves towards its second and final test run. Networking with diamond traders in Russia, has never posed any problems for her. Olga Rosina has two decades of experience in the Russian diamond industry. She has worked closely with Russia’s leading diamond mining operators. After receiving constant requests from Russian diamond dealers to include, rough diamonds on the DiaEx platform – Olga is currently working with her team to explore such a possibility.

The Future: Russia is a major player in the global diamond industry, it has some of the most productive diamond mines in the world. And when it comes to blockchain and cryptocurrency, the nation can be proud of its resources. Russia has a large section of crypto savvy citizens, something that has always been envied by the global crypto community. Glitzkoin sees a bright future in Russia as plans are underway, to double the size of the team – which presently includes 6 staff including managers.

GLITZKOIN: A quick recap of the Glitzkoin project and the GTN crypto token.  The project was launched to improve the demand for natural diamonds and to enhance, the efficiency and productivity of the multibillion dollar industry.

The DiaEx diamond trading platform was developed using Stellar blockchain resources. The GTN token was launched as part of the project and is designated, as the mode of payment on DiaEx. Promoted by second generation diamond veteran Navneet Goenka, Glitzkoin assigned a multifaceted role to the GTN token.

The trading platform was completed in 2019 and was put through rigorous testing in early 2020. A team of diamond dealers subsequently did a pilot run on DiaEx with, actual transactions made on the platform.  This process was largely successful and revealed a few areas for improvement. The Glitzkoin tech team was handling the minor adjustment when, the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns slowed down the process. The management will reschedule the full launch of DiaEx once the health crisis eases.

Talking about the multifaceted nature of the GTN token, the project is also focused on further increasing usage for the crypto – this aside from crypto exchange trade and the payment usage on the DiaEx platform. The concept is to have operators of various businesses, accept the GTN token as a mode of payment in their operations. Moving this idea forward Glitzkoin has confirmed a partnership with online ticketing giant Myticket.asia, wherein clients of the ticketing portal could use the GTN token as a mode of payment. Technical requirements for the integration of systems on both sides is at an advanced stage, nearing completion. Reviewing the challenges that the entertainment industry has been going through during the COVID pandemic, both managements have decided to set a launch schedule when the situation starts to normalize. The arrangement setup between Glitzkoin and Myticket.asia will form the blueprint, for similar deals to be negotiated with other business operators.
